BOUNCE™ balls are an alignment tool, an object of joy, a go-to for kids, an alternative to a yoga block, and an exercise device for athletes.
The ball can be used to fine-tune your poses, challenge you in certain balancing poses, such as tree pose by standing on it, alignment work, to open the hips, and to simply add height, or bring the ground closer to you, in various poses.
Our balls are suitable for all ages and were initially designed as tools to sit on during meditation and to complement our yoga practice, much like a yoga block. A seat for bath time, a step stool for toddlers, a standing desk foundation, an ergonomic upgrade from your chair.
The first BOUNCE™ Ball was officially brought to life by Marcus Mosby, Maelis's husband, and Mark Supik, a local Baltimore artisan, on March 20th, 2020.
Therapeutically, yellow is associated with: purification, mental clarity, re-energizer, concentration, God, warmth, and of course, joy. Yellow and bounce go hand in hand.
